We are proud of all our NinaSkep-products and hope you will enjoy every aspect of your purchase. However, we will gladly return or exchange the product for another product or store credit if unhappiness arises.
NinaSkep will only accept exchanges or returns on the following conditions:
– The return or exchange request is made within 7 days of delivery.
– The return is made within 7 days of the return or exchange request.
– The item must have been sold on our website.
– The item should be returned unused and in original condition, suitable for re-sale. We are unable to accept returns of used or customer damaged goods.
– Each item returned will be thoroughly inspected by us & will only be processed if our standards for returns are met. Unfortunately, if the item is returned in an unsuitable condition, we will have to send it back to you, the customer.
– We will only exchange the product for another product (of similar cost) or return it for store credit.
The delivery company, The Courier Guy, must be used for delivery and returns.
– The item must be returned to NinaSkep in the package with all original tags and bags included. For further information, contact hello@ninaskep.co.za.
– Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns on international orders as South African Customs charges us a duty to bring the item back into the country.
– Unfortunately, no refunds or store credit will be given on sale or discounted items.
Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of courier in returning the product to the warehouse except in the case when the product is faulty or significantly different to that described.
